What We Do
Our program is about changing the mindsets of people to be more generous through kindness. We show you how to build relationships with students and staff by creating a K.I.N.D. campus, sharing various tools that can be used on any campus to show students that you care. We help you create an environment so that all students and staff feel valued and have a sense of belonging.
About Us
Denise Collier: Denise has over 25 years of teaching experience, half of them in a disciplinary school setting. She is passionate about building relationships with students which builds on student success. Her enthusiasm is infectious and will get you excited about implementing this initiative on your campus.
Stacy Serna: Stacy is the principal of a disciplinary alternative educational program (DAEP). She has over 25 years of experience in education with 20 of those years being in administration. She has served as an elementary principal, junior high principal, director of special education, and now as her district’s DAEP principal. She strives to build a campus culture of belonging, acceptance, and a student-first mentality. Building sincere, positive relationships with staff and students is her main goal. She firmly believes that “a student doesn’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.”
